Supplies:  Students will need to bring 2 balls of sport weight yarn in contrasting colors/shades, a rigid heddle loom with 10 dent reed if you have one, scissors, something to contain your yarn and tapestry needle.  Pen and paper optional.  Please note that we have a small number of looms available for use at the guild and this may limit the number of persons who can register.

This class is designed for everyone from the absolute beginner to the experienced weaver. You will learn how to warp your loom, how to weave three main types of fabric, hand manipulated weaves and embellishments. We will also discuss yarn and heddle choice for warp and weft. So bring your hand-spun, bring your knitting yarns, bring your loom if you have one, and have come have a blast! 8 weeks
