Double width double weave blanket

Stash blanket woven in Beginning and Intermediate Floor Loom class with Kay and Ann

No yarn was purchased (at least this year) in the making of this blanket. Fibers are superwash merino, mohair, cotton and rayon blend, cotton and silk blend, and merino and silk blend. The fibers were spread throughout the blanket to manage differential shrinkage. I have not washed it yet so I will update the post if it was a collosal fail.

Size: 58″ wide x 82″ tall

Sett: 12 threads per inch

Plain weave using 8 shafts, treadles right to left – TOP [1,3], TOP [2,4], BOTTOM [5,7], BOTTOM [6,8]. First 2 treadles were stepped on together to raise the top out of the way for bottom weaving.
