Description

Want to try out weaving? Learn the basics of weaving on a Rigid Heddle Loom, great for beginners. A Rigid Heddle loom is a fully functional, very portable loom that allows you to weave smaller pieces like scarves, dish towels, placemats and other fabric items. In this one-day class you will learn the basic terms of weaving, loom components of the Rigid Heddle loom, how to dress up your loom for weaving using the direct warp method, and hands on color changing, finishing a project, patterns and other weaving ideas. You will leave this class with your own weaving sampler as a reference for your future weaving. Come and join us for a day of weaving fun!
